These terms govern orders placed with Promoguru. An order reservation is not a completed payment or production approval. We confirm stock, customization proofs, delivery details and a secure payment method before production begins.

These terms explain how Promoguru handles order placement, custom artwork approval, payment readiness and fulfilment milestones before production begins.
Custom products
You are responsible for having permission to use submitted artwork, trademarks and other material. Colors and positioning shown in the browser are previews, and production starts only after any required proof is approved.
Pricing and payment
Catalogue prices are based in Kenyan shillings. Regional currency displays are estimates until the server records the order's exchange-rate snapshot. Payment is due through the secure request supplied for the order.
Delivery, changes and cancellations
Delivery estimates begin after payment and proof approval. Stock orders may be cancelled before fulfilment. Custom production may become non-cancellable after proof approval or once production starts.
