Promoguru uses contact, delivery and order information to provide quotations, fulfil purchases, support customers and prevent fraud. We do not collect or store raw card details in the current checkout.

Information we process
This may include account details, saved recipients, order history, delivery addresses, uploaded artwork, support messages and technical security logs. Checkout drafts and saved recipients are stored in your browser for convenience.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, communications, payment and delivery, subject to appropriate safeguards. We retain records for operational, legal and tax requirements and remove data when it is no longer required.
Your choices
You may update account information, remove browser-stored checkout details, or request access, correction or deletion by contacting the privacy team.
